Console Review: Wii U

Olá, gamers! Nesta edição do Console Review, falarei sobre o representante da Nintendo para a oitava geração de video games: o Wii U!

A grande inovação deste console é o seu controle, o GamePad, que possui uma touchscreen e uma stylus (como o DS, só que com só uma tela). Agora, cinco jogadores podem jogar ao mesmo tempo, se você possuir os controles, é claro. Há dois sets de diferentes cores: o Basic Set (branco, 8GB de memória, sem jogos) e o Deluxe Set (preto, 32GB, vem com Nintendo Land e vários acessórios).

Pontos Positivos:

• Os gráficos são ótimos, sendo este o primeiro console da Nintendo em HD.
• Todos os dados de seu Wii podem ser passados para o Wii U (bom, não TODOS, mas a maioria).
• A capacidade de memória dos dois sets. Nada mal para um sistema que não possui hard drive!

Pontos Negativos:

• Não foram lançados muitos jogos bons ainda.
• Não foi lançado de forma completa.
• Não possui muitos aplicativos que usam as capacidades do GamePad (câmera, gravador de som, etc.)

De qualquer forma, ainda é ótimo e revolucionário.

Hello, gamers! In this edition of Console Review, I’m gonna talk about Nintendo’s representative for the eighth generation of video games: the Wii U! Its greatest innovation is its controller, the GamePad, which, just like the DS, has a touchscreen and a stylus. Now, five players can play at the same time, provided you have the other controllers, of course. The console is sold in two sets: the Basic Set (white, 8GB of memory, no games included) and the Deluxe Set (black, 32GB, Nintendo Land included, along with several other accessories).

Positive Points:

• Great graphics; this is the first Nintendo console in HD.
• Most of your Wii data can be transferred to your Wii U.
• There's a HUGE amount of memory in the console. Not so bad for a video game with no hard drive!

Negative Points:

• There are few good games released right now.
• It was released in an incomplete form.
• It doesn’t have many apps that use the capacities of the GamePad, such as a camera, a sound recorder, etc.

Overall, it’s still a great and revolutionary video game.

Grade:  9 shining stars.
